Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong IV skills and radiology procedure expertise
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Assist in prepping, monitoring, and recovering patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions
- Keep accurate records and document nursing care in accordance with facility protocols
