Production Control Specialist

ATI is looking for a Production Control Specialist to support our Specialty Materials Business Unit. This position will be located in Monroe, NC. As a Production Control Specialist, you will direct and coordinate activities of individuals in cross‑functional areas (Manufacturing, Quality, Labs, Shipping, Technology, Planning and Sales) to support ATI Specialty Materials revenue plan and on‑time performance objectives. Other Responsibilities Reprocess batches to support manufacturing. Establish work priorities for manufacturing, lab and quality areas. Resolve product deviations between sales and operations to ensure shipment of product. Provide support to all involved departments to streamline processes. Chair production meetings with cross‑functional participants. Ensure critical orders remain on schedule to meet customer demands. Provide communication between sales, quality, technical and operations. Maintain shipment reports for all levels of management. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business‑related discipline or In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related work experience 3 years of experience in production control Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications Oracle ERP experience Metals Manufacturing Industry experience *It is ATI's policy to not provide immigration sponsorship for any of the company's positions.
