Travel CT Technologist - $2,500 per week

Position Summary TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a CT Technologist for an immediate travel assignment in Lithonia, Georgia. This 13‑week assignment requires 40 hours per week over 10‑hour night shifts, with the option for tax‑free stipend. The position is classified as a travel assignment. Responsibilities Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required. Interpret doctors' written instructions accurately. Position patients appropriately for the required scan areas. Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance visibility of internal organs and tissues. Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and determine if they are diagnostically acceptable. Follow safety procedures when working with radiation. Maintain accurate patient records. Use and understand the McKesson PACS system. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist. BLS certification. ARRT (CT) national certification with registration in computed tomography. State‑specific, valid licensure when required. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean and stoop for extended periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology. Compensation Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40-hour week, subject to confirmation. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
