Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop/implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation. Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Treat residents one‑on‑one, providing individualized private treatment sessions using a functional‑based approach. Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech‑language pathology. Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
