Inpatient Physical Therapist

Position Summary


We are seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our dynamic team of skilled clinicians in the inpatient rehabilitation department. The PT will be one of two primary therapists for the acute/swing unit and float to the acute rehab unit as needed. A willingness to learn, strong communication skills and accountability are a must. Responsibilities include evaluations and patient-centered treatment for hospitalized people with a variety of diagnoses, maintaining appropriate electronic medical records, and working cooperatively with other members of the health care team to provide optimal care.



Qualifications


Graduate of an approved school of PT. May be a new graduate or an experienced therapist. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and overall professional behavior.



Licensure & Certifications


Current licensure in the State of Vermont.
