Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office and email. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, shipping documents, and order information. Experience Requirements 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience. Experience entering and maintaining accurate customer, order, and shipping records. Familiarity with shipping paperwork, packing slips, labels, and inventory documentation is a plus. Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while supporting a team. Comfortable learning new software and order management systems. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, scanning, filing, and data entry. Ability to review documents and computer screens with close attention to detail. Occasional lifting, filing, and handling of office paperwork and shipping documents. Job Duties Perform daily administrative and clerical support for the shipping department. Enter and update customer, order, and shipping information in company systems. Prepare, print, review, and organize packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation. Verify order details and shipping information to ensure accuracy before processing. Maintain electronic and paper shipping records. Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams regarding order status, discrepancies, and special requests. Track shipments and assist with researching delivery or documentation issues. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide professional customer support. Scan, copy, file, and organize shipping documents. Identify and report errors or discrepancies to supervisors and team members.
