Advanced RPO is seeking a recruiter who thrives on building relationships and hunting top talent. You will partner with clients to understand needs, craft sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the interview process to offers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO settings, strong sourcing and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
