Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients according to established standards and protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work day shifts and every other weekend as required.
