We're looking for an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist who wants autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a clinic that cares more about great care than seeing 3 patients an hour. We believe documentation is part of the job - and you shouldn't have to do it for free. Build your own clinical style. We're not here to tell you exactly how to treat every patient. We're an independent PT + Pilates clinic in Boulder, Colorado, with a collaborative, low-drama environment and a focus on quality care. What you'll do Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Treat a mix of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-op patients Use exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and other evidence-informed techniques Help patients understand why they're hurting and what they can do about it Work with patients on injury prevention, performance, and long-term health - not just symptom reduction Treat a diverse patient population, from athletes to active adults to older adults Continue developing your clinical skills in the areas that interest you most What we're looking for We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is: Passionate about outpatient orthopedics Curious and eager to keep learning Comfortable thinking critically instead of simply following a protocol Great at connecting with patients and making them feel heard Interested in sports rehab, strength & conditioning, manual therapy, Pilates, dry needling, or other areas of orthopedic care A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment New grads are welcome to apply.
