Senior In-House Litigation Attorney Join to apply for the Senior In-House Litigation Attorney role at Epic . This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Responsibilities Manage complex litigation, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
