Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate on treatment plans, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies. \n
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools in your evaluations, as directed by the clinical team, to provide accurate assessments. \n
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' well-being. \n
- Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care. \n
- Serve as a vital liaison between clients and service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support. \n
- Foster effective communication with stakeholders to promote our mission and uphold contract standards in service delivery. \n
- Develop relationships with various agencies to promote our programs and explore new funding opportunities. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills, including attending conferences and representing the agency at relevant events. \n
- Embrace and promote the organization's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work. \n
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of our clinical team. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing their unique mental health challenges and goals. The populations served include those struggling with emotional distress, substance-related disorders, and developmental or cognitive disabilities. Through person-centered care, your goal will be to empower clients, foster recovery, and promote long-term independence.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health field is required. \n
- A valid LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory. \n
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports is essential. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting is a must. \n
- Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and efficiently. \n
- Judicious decision-making skills, enabling you to exercise professional judgment in your work. \n

- Experience in mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient setting is preferred. \n
