This role is a great fit for someone who's experienced, highly adaptable, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.Key Responsibilities:Supporting executives with key business activities—from strategy and planning to client meetings and operational executionHelping lead cross-functional coordination as the company grows and enters new marketsBeing hands-on during business trips, client visits, and important meetings (some travel will be required)Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partnersStaying flexible and focused under pressure—this role moves fast, and priorities can shift quicklyQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higherAt least 5 years of work experience in operations, business support, or similar rolesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable with frequent travel and a dynamic workloadA high level of professionalism and the ability to work directly with executivesBase pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
