Job Types: Full-Time
Pay Type: $52 to $55 Hourly (not per visit/per diem)
Location: Driving to patients' homes
Service Coverage Area: Mission Viejo and surrounding area
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:- Visits patients to assess and evaluate patient’s status.
- Initiates the plan of care and makes revisions as needed.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provides health care instructions to the patient & family.
- Completes accurate clinical notes in electronic EHR.
- Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver. Position Qualifications:
- CA RN License
- CPR/BLS certification
- CA Driver License
- At least 1 year of Nursing Home Health Experience
