About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Clearinghouse and Payer Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational execution of clearinghouse and payer-facing transaction services, ensuring the performance, availability, scalability, and regulatory compliance of electronic data interchange transactions that connect providers, payers, and healthcare networks. This role demands a leader with a customer-first mindset, a data-driven approach, and a strong focus on operational excellence. The VP will be tasked with defining and executing the operations strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and owning operational budgets and performance across real-time and batch clearinghouses. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in healthcare operations, clearinghouse services, payer operations, revenue cycle technology, or health IT. Deep expertise in healthcare EDI standards and transactions is essential, as is a strong understanding of payer-provider workflows and reimbursement processes. The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, regulated environments and experience in operational transformation, automation, or AI-enabled healthcare operations. The VP will also be responsible for compliance, risk management, and building strong operational partnerships with national and regional payers.
