As the strategic leader of the spa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence across all areas of the business.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced spa professional who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the spa's vision, enhancing revenue opportunities, developing talent, and positioning the spa as a market-leading wellness destination.What You Will DoProvide strategic leadership for all spa operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and service standardsLead, inspire, and develop a diverse spa team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellenceDrive commercial performance through effective revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of financial targetsDevelop and implement innovative spa programs, treatments, wellness offerings, and guest experiences that align with market trends and brand standardsMonitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and guest satisfactionOversee recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and ongoing development of spa team membersWork closely with hotel leadership and departmental colleagues to deliver seamless guest journeys and support wider business objectivesManage relationships with suppliers and product partners, ensuring optimum stock levels, cost control, and retail performanceEnsure all spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellenceLead guest service recovery initiatives, proactively resolving concerns and continuously improving the guest experienceDevelop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase spa awareness, utilisation, membership growth, and retail salesEnsure full compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirementsWhat You'll BringProven experience in a senior spa leadership role, preferably as a Director of Spa, Spa Manager, or similar position within a luxury hospitality environmentStrong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost controlA passion for wellness, luxury hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiencesExceptional leadership skills with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levelsA strategic and innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancementStrong operational management experience with excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience using spa management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to analyse business performance data and implement effective action plansA flexible approach and commitment to maintaining the highest standards in a dynamic hospitality environmentBenefitsFree Shuttle Bus transport from local towns/stations to the hotel (Fleet, Church Crookham and Elvetham Heath)Employee travel programmeBUPA dental health careExcellent Training and Career Development opportunities28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays (increasing based on length of service)Group Personal Pension Plan upon completion of three months’ serviceOpportunities to build a successful career with global potentialAccess to Wagestream – a salary advance benefitWeCare Employee Well Being PlatformUniform and free meals on dutySummaryLocation: Four Seasons HampshireType: Full time
