Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will be at our office in Posey County.

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus (50% paid at 90 days, 50% paid at 180 days)

What Is This Position Responsible For?

Provide individual, family and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis.
Both mental health and addictions treatment will be included.
Position also provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

Job Qualifications

Applicant must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
Applicant must have an active Indiana LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure.
Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
