Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility – San Francisco Area, Multiple ROLES! Location: San Francisco, California
Pay Range: $45–$50/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 13-week contract (extensions likely)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Start Date: ASAP ✨ About the Role HiredFirst is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a leading Skilled Nursing Facility in San Francisco, CA .
This role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can make a meaningful impact in post-acute rehabilitation while enjoying competitive pay and consistent hours.

ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapeutic care and functional mobility training
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams (OT, SLP, Nursing)
Document all treatments and progress per facility and regulatory standards
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery techniques and exercises
Active California PT license
Current BLS Certification (AHA-approved)
Prior SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and documentation skills
$45–$50/hour (depending on experience)
Weekly direct deposit
Travel & housing stipends available for qualifying candidates
Dedicated credentialing and compliance support
Contract extension and perm conversion opportunities
