Customer Service Representative – Industrial Supply (Bilingual Preferred)
San Antonio, TX
$19.50/hr Starting Pay
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a well-established industrial supply company in San Antonio. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady schedule, supportive team environment, and long-term potential for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting customers in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
• Help walk-in customers with orders, questions, and product support
• Enter and manage orders accurately using company systems
• Verify order details before fulfillment
• Maintain a professional, friendly, customer-service-focused attitude
• Support daily operations and team needs as needed

Requirements:
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Must be able to work full-time schedule — no part-time availability
• Professional appearance and attitude required
• Experience working with industrial, warehouse, construction, or contractor customers is a plus
