Job Description

Support vendor invoice compliance and auditing with a focus on high-volume invoice review, discrepancy identification, and billing accuracy.

Target candidates with an Accounting Specialist-type background who meet Vendor Management Compliance Analyst minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit a high volume of invoices against contract terms, rate cards, and PO scope.
• Identify billing discrepancies or incorrect charges and resolve with vendors, AP, and Supply Chain.
• Apply consistent billing standards and compliance practices across vendors to support audit readiness.
• Track and escalate compliance issues and support process improvements to reduce risk and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus experience in business analysis and/or vendor compliance audit roles.
• Experience processing and reviewing high volumes of invoices and managing billing exceptions.
• Experience reviewing invoices against contract terms and PO scope and resolving discrepancies cross-functionally.
• Working knowledge of contract compliance, vendor rate cards, and billing terms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or similar).
• Strong attention to detail in a compliance-focused environment.
