Physical Therapist (PT) Memphis, TNJoin a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Memphis, TN as a Physical Therapist (PT) and work alongside a collaborative rehab team dedicated to helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and maintain independence.Why Memphis? Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - Declinations Accepted
