Pay: $38–$43/hour | Potential salary of $85,000–$90,000 upon conversion
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift | Start time between 7:30 AM–10:00 AM | 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:
The HR Manager will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, providing hands-on support across employee relations, benefits, compliance, HR operations, training, and process improvement. This position is ideal for an HR professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and partnering closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations, performance concerns, workplace issues, and terminations.
- Handle employee investigations and help resolve escalated workplace concerns.
- Provide guidance on coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment, new enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit audits.
- Partner with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance teams to support HR audits and maintain accurate employee information.
- Help ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment regulations.
- Manage employee training through the Learning Management System and identify ongoing development needs.
- Help develop training programs around leadership, difficult conversations, Excel, and other business needs.
- Support and prioritize the daily activities of HR Generalists and Coordinators.
- Maintain HR resources and information within SharePoint.
- Develop and improve HR procedures, workflows, and SOPs.
- Support change management initiatives and help employees and managers adapt to organizational changes.
- Assist with HR technology, policy updates, employee handbook revisions, and other strategic HR projects.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR Manager experience preferred.
- Open to an experienced HR Generalist looking to take the next step into an HR Manager role.
- Strong experience with benefits administration and open enrollment required.
- Experience with employee relations, performance management, compliance, and general HR operations.
- ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience highly preferred.
- Experience with LMS, performance management, recruiting, or succession planning systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred; an Associate degree combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
- Must be willing to build new processes and make improvements when existing procedures are not effective.
