Triage Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting, providing patient care and support on site. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians Perform phone triage, review test results, manage medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education Respond to electronic messages via the patient portal and document in electronic medical records (Epic) Qualifications & Skills Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred BLS/CPR certification required At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting Additional Information This full-time role involves working weekdays with rotating weekends, on-site presence, and travel as needed.
