MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Title

The role involves helping to study the structure and functions of organizations with interrelated work processes and functions, providing solutions to improve processes, and maximizing mission accomplishment and resources utilization. It also includes resolving complicated substantive problems affecting programs and proposing new process flows, organizational structures, realignment of functions, and/or staffing levels to improve efficiency.

Additionally, the role requires designing, planning, and facilitating CPI events, manpower assessments, management surveys, and research projects, providing advisory services on substantive issues with extensive scope, complexity, and impact, and assessing the overall effectiveness of program operations.

The position also entails providing complex management support services in the areas of strategic planning alignment, program and manpower cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, and development of annual work plan(s) and/or commercial activity for organizations whose operations are interrelated and unstable.
