Job Description

Leads the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Program Management Office (PMO) framework and strategy aligned with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) goals.

Acts as the agency's senior technical authority, providing expert-level Master Black Belt (MBB) coaching and mentorship to DLA senior leadership and a distributed community of CPI Program Managers to build enterprise-wide capability.

Serves as Agency representative to senior governance boards, briefing executive leadership on program status and integration across the Department of War (DoW).

Facilitates end-to-end business cycle design and cross-functional solutions to synchronize improvement efforts with evolving Agency transformational programs.

Directs the team by distributing workload, coaching members, and managing administrative tasks and performance metrics.

Develops and maintains effective working relationships with DoW officials at many levels to include Major Subordinate Commands, Headquarters, and OWS principal staff elements.

Oversees and leads development and sustainment of policies, execution standards, procedural guidance, training and metrics for the overall CPI program.
