Offers and ensures that the shop offers the highest level of customer service Assiststhe service manager in managing all aspects of service department operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement ofobjectives, and maintenance of all service records Serves as a liaison between the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration Through communication, oversight and direction works to ensure employee satisfaction, customersatisfactionand return on investment Promotes the recruitment and development of some or all: Service Advisors, Service Porters, Service Assistants, Valet Drivers, Loaner Coordinators Liaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representative to achieve factory objectives Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned #LI-RL1 At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families. Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
