Food Service Specialist - Madison

Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude; assist with purchases and provide helpful recommendations; share samples and promote specials to boost engagement and sales. Keep Our Food Looking—and Tasting—Its Best: Prepare, present, and maintain stock levels of all food items; ensure proper storage, dating, rotation, and quality standards; support new foodservice program rollouts and sampling initiatives. Maintain a Clean, Safe, Customer‑Ready Space: Clean counters, equipment, floors, and storage areas; monitor the kiosk and assist customers with ordering; address equipment issues and notify management when needed. Support Smooth Store Operations: Monitor customer lines and open registers as needed; complete required training and assist with onboarding new associates; help audit food inventory and support accurate stock levels; jump in on additional tasks as assigned by management.
