Elevate Your Physical Therapy Career with Us for Full Time or PRN! Alderwood Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in-house therapy team at this 113-bed skilled nursing facility in Lynnwood, WA! Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.  

Lynnwood offers residents an urban suburban mix feel, and most residents own their homes. In Lynnwood there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Lynnwood and residents and the public schools in Lynnwood are above average.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.

• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).

• CPR Certification.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
