Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their chosen environments while maintaining work-life balance. We ensure that our therapists can focus solely on delivering exceptional care without the burden of administrative tasks. By leveraging telehealth technology, our clinicians can connect with clients efficiently while maintaining personal autonomy over their caseload, managing between 10 to 30 billable hours each week based on their availability and preferences.

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and offer short-term psychotherapy for clients seeking ambulatory mental health services.

  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities in individual, family, couples, and group therapy settings.

  • Implement comprehensive treatment planning, providing therapeutic interventions including crisis intervention, skills training, and couples counseling.

  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners, for supervision and joint treatment efforts.

  • Maintain exhaustive clinical documentation and reporting, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and organizational guidelines.

  • Engage in team meetings and professional development sessions while participating in case reviews and quality assurance discussions.

  • Monitor treatment outcomes and modify interventions to align with clients' evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

  • Active LMFT license to practice in Florida.

  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in delivering psychotherapy services, with a focus on outpatient care.

  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to manage client information securely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
