Position Summary We are seeking seasoned Electrical Supervisors with 10+ years of experience in conveyor and material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large field teams, working with various MHE integrators, and ensuring safety and quality on fast-paced job sites. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead teams of 50+ field employees on large-scale MHE projects. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and quality installations. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and daily documentation. Travel 100% of the time to project sites across the U.S. (with paid trips home ). Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in conveyor/material handling systems. Experience with multiple MHE integrators . Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities . Electrical license (preferred). Certifications : OSHA 10/30 NFPA 70E Equipment operation training Strong computer skills : Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word 3D model viewers (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360) Excellent communication skills : bilingual is a plus. Deep understanding of daily safety paperwork and policies . Must provide professional references .
