What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and hot-side restaurant equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine effective repair solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and applicable industry regulations.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation.

Position Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, or commercial construction is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
