You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $250.00 per month.An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working.Additional Benefits listed below.
