Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. * Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. * Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions. * Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills. * Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources. * Participate in case reviews and contribute to program development initiatives. * Part of a CST Team Requirements: * Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. * Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). * Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. * Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. * Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. * Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
