Accounts Receivable ManagerMaverick Search Partners is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Manager for one of our clients—a growing service-based organization in the Marietta area.The RoleLead Order-to-Cash operations with focus on cash application, reconciliation, and AR accuracy across a decentralized billing environment. Own end-to-end cash operations, build scalable processes, and lead a 10-person team.What You'll DoManage daily cash application across all payment channels and locationsOversee account reconciliations, resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied cashLead month-end close and AR reconciliation processesDrive cash flow improvements and DSO reductionDevelop and maintain AR processes, policies, and best practicesPartner with local facility teams to resolve AR issuesTrain and develop the AR teamSupport internal and external auditsWhat We're Looking For7-10+ years of AR or Order-to-Cash experience3+ years in a leadership roleStrong experience in multi-location or decentralized billing environments (required)Proficiency with ERP systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam leadership and coaching experienceThe OpportunityCompetitive salary + 10% bonusFull benefits (401k match, health insurance)Hybrid work arrangementOn-site: 3-4 days/week in Marietta, GAProfessional growth in a people-focused organization
