Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: RN Case Manager Specialty: RN Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 3 years in one location, with at least 2 years as a Traveler License: Active RN License in Massachusetts Certifications: AHA BLS & Certified Case Manager Certification preferred Must-Have: Acute Care Case Management experience Description: The position is for an Acute Care RN Case Manager. The role requires coverage for inpatient medical/surgical patients. Candidates must have experience in Acute Care Hospital Case Management, Utilization Management, and Discharge Planning. The clinician to patient ratio is 1:15. The patient population is adult, and the facility has a bed count of 200. Charting is done using the EMR system EPIC. Floating may be required, but rotating shifts are not necessary.
