Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opening during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support K–12 students in a high-needs school environment while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and independence.

Work Schedule:

* Monday – Friday
* Full-Time Hours
* 2026–2027 School Year

* $45-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
* Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
* Support students in developing functional, academic, sensory, motor, and independent living skills
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
* Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required
* Valid Arizona FBI Fingerprint Clearance Card required
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
