Warehouse Worker / Shipping & Receiving Associate (Forklift, Inventory, ERP)

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in shipping, receiving, forklift operation, inventory management, order picking, packing, and ERP systems who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including unloading inbound deliveries and verifying materials against packing slips.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments accurately and on time.
• Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanner safely and efficiently.
• Create bills of lading (BOLs), shipping paperwork, and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Enter inventory transactions into ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control and reconciliation.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and accurate inventory records.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Support continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and workplace safety efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material handling experience.
• Experience with order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, email, and shipping software.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mokena, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
