Job Overview Considerate Tree Inc., a leading provider of professional tree preservation services for over 30 years, is seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Based in Memphis, Tennessee, this Full-Time role is essential to our continued success. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a crucial part in driving our business forward by scheduling consultations for our expert arborists. You will represent a company dedicated to high-quality tree care and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Proactively engage with potential residential and commercial clients through outbound calls to introduce our tree care services. Clearly and professionally articulate the value of our services, including tree trimming, pruning, and preservation. Assess the needs of potential clients to effectively schedule detailed consultations with our skilled tree care specialists. Manage and organise the appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination. Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and scheduled appointments within our CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments. Follow up with potential leads and confirm appointments to ensure a high rate of attendance. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role such as appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales is essential. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A self‑motivated and results‑driven individual with a positive attitude. Proficient in the use of CRM software and standard office computer programmes. Excellent listening skills to understand client requirements and answer queries accurately. An interest in arboriculture or landscaping services would be advantageous but is not required.
