Supervisor Group Lead - Sample Management

Eurofins seeks a Supervisor Group Lead for Sample Management in Lancaster, PA to oversee daily laboratory operations and lead sample handling personnel. This role ensures accurate and compliant sample processing while managing team performance, scheduling, training, and cross-functional coordination between departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Sample Management staff; conduct performance reviews and career development discussions
• Manage daily operations including workload distribution, scheduling, and shift prioritization
• Oversee employee onboarding, training records, and compliance with laboratory procedures
• Coordinate between Sample Management, Project Managers, and laboratory operations to resolve issues
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma minimum
• 1+ years relevant sample management experience
• Knowledge of sample management processes and TALS system
• Professional English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
• US work authorization without sponsorship
• Leadership experience and team development skills
• Knowledge of laboratory workflows and chain-of-custody principles
