Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive patient care covering various medical and surgical conditions.
• Manage medication infusions, including cardiac drips, Heparin, and IVF.
• Perform immediate assessments and interventions for surgical trauma patients.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and provide stroke care.
• Conduct trach care, PIV starts, and manage chest tubes and NGT placements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including charge nurses, RTs, and intensivists.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• At least 2 years of Med/Tele RN experience on a Resource Team.
