Treasury Specialist

Raven Ridge is hiring a full-time Treasury Specialist in Salem, NH. This is an on-site role offering a salary range of $75,000-$95,000 (depending on experience) + excellent benefits! Candidates must have 5 years of recent treasury + cash management experience with excellent internal/external customer service.

Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with internal business partners and external clients by delivering high-quality service, timely communication, and effective issue resolution.
Manage the administration of trust accounts, including account maintenance activities and the accurate processing of cash receipts, disbursements, and related treasury transactions.
Execute and review financial transactions to ensure compliance with governing agreements, organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and established internal control standards.
Oversee account opening and closure processes, ensuring all required documentation, procedural checklists, approvals, and audit requirements are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
Monitor trust account activity to identify overdrafts, cash exceptions, and other account irregularities, proactively investigating, resolving, and escalating issues as appropriate to mitigate operational and financial risk.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, trust administration, cash management, or a related financial services environment.
Working knowledge of cash management principles, account reconciliation, wire transfers, ACH processing, and trust or fiduciary account administration.
Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience reviewing and processing financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with treasury management systems, trust accounting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to identify and resolve account discrepancies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, business partners, and senior management.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
Experience within a bank, trust company, wealth management firm, family office, or fiduciary services organization.
Familiarity with trust accounting systems and fiduciary regulations.
