Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2

Classification ReLOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: Yes CLEARANCE TYPE: Top Secret TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the time Description Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 located in Redondo Beach, CA. The position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures. Oversee the installation and maintenance of all alarms, access control systems, and CCTV coverage. Ensure all new construction projects are reviewed for security compliance. Provide physical security guidance on a variety of physical security issues. Conduct risk assessments and surveys as required. Prepare and maintain metrics. Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Provide exceptional customer service. Apply critical thinking to solve problems. Maintain strong organizational skills. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application. Organized and efficient time management. Knowledge of Physical Security construction requirements. Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ICD 705 training. Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals. Experience overseeing installation and maintenance of all alarms, access control systems, CCTV. Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMS). Salary & Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 – $113,800.00. The salary range is a general guideline; factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills and market conditions influence the final offer. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives based on position level.
