Insurance Agent - Full Training Provided! Aflac, located in Mesquite, TX, is seeking an Insurance Agent to serve as a business advisor. The position offers full training, flexible schedule, and unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities Present and sell supplemental insurance products to business owners and HR representatives. Develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies. Provide education and guidance on insurance coverage and benefits. Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer service. Act as a certified counselor, enroller, and worksite liaison. Maintain required state licensing (Life and/or Health). Preferred Skills / Qualifications Prior sales experience is welcome but not required. Strong teamwork, time management, and ethical conduct. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to provide strategic solutions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Benefits & Compensation Benefits include a commission-based structure, residuals, bonuses, and stock options. Stock bonus program, bonus rewards, and exciting trips may also be earned. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. This is a commission-based role with no salary. Schedule & Work Location Monday to Friday, full-time, with flexible remote or on-site options. Multiple locations across the U.S.; work can be done remotely or from local offices.
