Health Care Networks Compliance Attorney

California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) seeks a Provider Networks Attorney to ensure health plans maintain adequate provider networks and timely access to services under the Knox-Keene Act. The attorney will review licenses, notices of modification, and network-related policy changes, supporting DMHC’s Office of Plan Monitoring. The role includes advising OPM staff, collaborating with DMHC and external stakeholders, and reporting to the Assistant Chief Counsel. #J-18808-Ljbffr State of California
