About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for their Loans Operations team, with a focus on end-to-end processes for syndicated loans. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the full lifecycle of both syndicated and bilateral loans, including all aspects from closing to portfolio management. This role requires a deep understanding of loan structures, and the ability to serve as the operational lead for agency functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing by coordinating with various stakeholders. The VP will also be responsible for resolving complex loan issues, interpreting credit agreements, and enhancing loan operations processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in syndicated lending, with a strong background in loan closing, servicing, and trading. Proficiency in LoanIQ or ClearPar is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record as a subject matter expert in syndicated loans, and the ability to apply this expertise to manage highly complex deal structures. People management skills are also required, and a paralegal background is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with both internal and external parties to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
