Job Overview Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is hiring a full‑time Dental Assistant based in Post Falls, ID. The role requires travel between all office locations, including Hayden. Hours are 32‑36 per week, Monday through Friday, 7:10 am to 5:20 pm. Pay is $16.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE) plus bonus opportunities. This is a safety‑sensitive position that requires a pre‑employment drug screen. Responsibilities Assist pediatric dentists during clinical procedures with efficiency and a gentle touch. Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms while maintaining safety and compliance. Use kid‑friendly language to ease dental anxieties and create a positive environment. Support operations at all office locations, traveling as scheduled. Qualifications 1–3 years of clinical dental assisting experience or a certificate from an accredited dental assistant school. Prior dental or medical assisting experience is required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between all clinic locations. Active BLS/CPR certification. Experience with practice‑management software (Open Dental is a plus). Excellent communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
