Strategic HR Partnership Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and business objectives Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across multiple locations Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, leadership practices, and employee development Support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention Employee Relations & Compliance Manage employee relations matters including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and corrective action Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Promote consistent application of HR policies and best practices Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace environment HR Systems & Process Improvement Support onboarding and employee development initiatives Assist with HRIS administration and UKG support Help improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency Provide HR technology guidance to leaders and employees Organizational Growth Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements Assist with organizational development and workforce planning Participate in acquisition integration and change management projects What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification Experience supporting high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms Background in service-based, education, youth programs, franchised, or multi-location organizations Why You'll Love Working Here Rocket Youth is transforming the youth enrichment industry through innovation, collaboration, and strategic growth.
