Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and results-driven Clinic Director to lead one of our growing pediatric facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to guide a multidisciplinary team while creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children with developmental needs can learn, grow, and reach meaningful milestones.
As Clinic Director, you will lead the facility's clinical, educational, medical, administrative, and financial operations. You will inspire employees, strengthen relationships with families and community partners, promote organizational growth, and ensure every child receives high-quality, patient-centered care.

About MKSA and KULAMiracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and medical needs.
Children receiving services through our programs may need support for:
Fine and gross motor delays
Speech and language delays
Sensory processing needs
Feeding disorders
Cognitive and developmental delays
Hearing disorders
Medical needs
Our multidisciplinary teams include teachers, teaching assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, nutrition professionals, and audiology providers.
Together, we partner with children and their families to provide individualized, coordinated care that promotes development, independence, and long-term success. Our treatment rooms are staffed and structured according to the ages and developmental needs of the children served while celebrating the diverse backgrounds of our children, families, and employees.
MKSA and KULA primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten. During the summer, services may also be expanded to include elementary school-aged children with special needs.
Position PurposeThe Clinic Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Academy. This position directs daily operations, develops and supports employees, promotes continued growth, and ensures compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, billing, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop an Exceptional TeamProvide leadership and direction to administrative, transportation, treatment-room, educational, medical, and clinical employees.
Recruit, select, develop, and retain qualified and compassionate team members.
Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture.
Coach employees and support their continued professional growth.
Coordinate employee training and development activities.
Ensure employees complete all required annual and regulatory training.
Oversee daily operations to ensure children receive safe, professional, and high-quality care.
Foster positive and supportive relationships with children and their families.
Promote collaboration among clinical, educational, medical, and administrative team members.
Ensure treatment rooms are appropriately staffed based on the developmental needs of the children served.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic, welcoming, and culturally respectful environment.
Promote a culture centered on compassion, excellence, reliability, and patient-centered care.
Lead the facility's medical, clinical, educational, administrative, and financial operations.
Review financial results and work toward the fiscal goals established in the annual operating plan.
Ensure services are properly documented and billed accurately and promptly.
Develop reporting systems and operational protocols that promote efficiency, accountability, and consistently high-quality work.
Oversee outcomes-data collection and use the information to identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
Introduce innovative leadership and management practices that strengthen program delivery and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
Lead and participate in ongoing referral-development activities.
Build productive relationships with physicians, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
Identify innovative opportunities to expand access to services and strengthen the Academy's presence in the community.
Maintain compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
Confirm that required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant before services and billing begin.
Maintain appropriate records related to services, referrals, follow-up activities, training, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor operations and implement corrective measures when compliance or quality concerns are identified.
Complete a minimum of 15 hours of relevant, approved in-service training annually, as required by applicable regulatory agencies.
Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare, human services, or a related field.
At least two years of successful leadership or management experience.
An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Experience in pediatric healthcare, early childhood education, developmental services, or another regulated care environment is preferred.

The ability to understand and use basic business math.
The ability to follow and carry out written, verbal, and visual instructions.
The ability to work effectively with children from birth through age seven and families who may be at risk.
