Job Summary:
Upscale Home Care is committed to providing exceptional care to seniors and disabled individuals in their homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing personalized care that meets their unique needs. We are seeking responsible, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care
Requirements:
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Finger check clearance card
Qualifications:
Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively
Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity
Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families
Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine willingness to help others
