Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role Seeking a highly execution-oriented marketing professional to support go-to-market initiatives across owned digital channels. This role requires managing multiple concurrent campaigns, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and directly launching customer-facing marketing programs in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize high volumes of inbound marketing requests and campaign launches. Build, execute, and optimize campaigns across CRM, email, push notifications, web, and app channels. Drive project tracking, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional readiness reviews. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure successful launches. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and business requirements. Required Experience Experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Program Management, Performance Marketing, or related fields. Strong background supporting consumer-facing web and mobile products. Hands-on experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, notifications, and campaign execution tools. Proven ability to work closely with product and engineering teams. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments with multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with technology, SaaS, AI, or consumer internet products. Understanding of growth metrics such as user engagement, retention, and active usage. Strong analytical and operational mindset with a focus on execution and efficiency. Ideal Candidate Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on. Can simplify complexity and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams. Execution-focused rather than purely strategic or consulting-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
