Position Overview:
If you are looking for opportunity, we’re looking for a Production Team Member that is seeking a career – not just another job. We are looking for an organized, detailed oriented individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be working with an experienced production team and enjoy support from a national network of fellow Specialists.

Your Run-of-the-Mill Basic Responsibilities:
·         Provide exceptional customer service and support to assure production work requirements are clearly defined and that timeframes and cost factors are given appropriate consideration.

• Coordinate production schedule to meet customers' expectations and deadlines. Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc. to Production Staff and other Marketing staff as needed.
• Provide quality control by proof reading and monitoring jobs for errors and/or “common sense” mistakes to eliminate rework.
• Perform production (copying, printing, laminating, folding, drilling etc.) and delivery of completed job orders.
• Provide assistance in basic signage installations
• Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by supervisor and determined by management to be appropriate for this position; comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.

·         Drive vehicle to and from destinations, adhering to all traffic laws.
·         Load and unload delivery goods.
·         Maintain vehicle in good working condition.
·         Maintain vehicle in clean and fueled readiness condition.
·         Inform supervisor of any vehicle problems.

The Important Stuff You Must Have:
·         A background in the print/sign industry.
·         Be a good communicator – ask questions, admit mistakes and don’t point fingers.
·         You must be nice to the people who are our customers and those that you work with even when they don’t deserve it.
·         Like to work and work while at work.
·         Be a multi-tasking maniac. We do a lot in a short time. This is no place for the proactively challenged.
·         Be willing to jump in and figure things out on your own. No hand holding here.
·         You must be a life-long learner to work here. Lots to learn and it’s always changing.
